General Meetings
EVA usually holds four general meetings a year in February, May, August and November in the Exeter Village Hall. Meetings start at 6.30pm, and all residents are welcome to attend.
Monday 21 July 2025 was the date of our Annual General meeting. Minutes of the 2024-2025 AGM can be reviewed here.

The next market will be Saturday 4 July 2026.
EVA owns and manages the operation of the market held on the first Saturday of each month. 9.00am - 1.30pm. Exeter Park. It features local talented and passionate growers, makers and producers. For information, contact Kate via www.exetervillagemarket.com
Annual General Meeting 2026 - Call for Nominations
The Exeter Village Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 20 July 2026 and we are calling for nominations for the following committee positions:

We also welcome nominations for general committee positions and would particularly encourage members with skills or experience in areas such as event management, planning and development, fundraising, communications, community engagement or project delivery to consider getting involved.
Serving on the committee is a rewarding way to contribute to the future of Exeter and help shape the activities, projects and advocacy work undertaken on behalf of the community.
