A range of member and community events are held throughout the year.

These are designed to celebrate significant occasions and bring the community together to socialise and get to know each other.

  • EVA Sundowner Party Saturday 14 February 2026 at 7 Golden Vale Road, Sutton Forest. 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Please bring a Plate & Bottle. RSVP 11 February. For set up purposes please book free tickets here

General Meetings

EVA usually holds four general meetings a year in February, May, August and November in the Exeter Village Hall. Meetings start at 6.30pm, and all residents are welcome to attend.

Monday 21 July 2025 was the date of our Annual General meeting. Minutes of the 2024-2025 AGM can be reviewed here.
