A range of member and community events are held throughout the year.
These are designed to celebrate significant occasions and bring the community together to socialise and get to know each other. They include:

Remembrance Day - Monday 11 November 10:45am in Exeter War Memorial Hall in St Aidan’s grounds
Christmas celebration - 2nd Friday in December in Exeter Park 5-8pm

Quarterly Member meetings
General Meetings
EVA usually holds four general meetings a year, in February, May, August, and November in the Exeter Village Hall. Meetings start at 6.00pm. All residents are welcome to attend. Monday 26 August 2024 was the date of our Annual General meeting. The next quarterly meeting is scheduled for Monday 26 May 2025 6pm.

Cancer Council Biggest Afternoon Tea: 3pm on Sunday 25 May 25 at Exeter Hall.
Entry is free but for catering please register here.
Our goal is to raise lots of $$ for Cancer research and treatments - please donate here. Your contribution goes straight to the Cancer Council.
There will be 3 wonderful guest speakers on matters pertaining. An uplifting way to spend a cool Sunday afternoon.

Exeter Village Market will be Saturday 7th June ‘25:
EVA owns and manages the operation of the market held on the first Saturday of each month. 9.00am - 1.30pm. Exeter Park. It features local talented and passionate growers, makers and producers. For information, contact Kate via www.exetervillagemarket.com
